The Primal Playground has a 30 minute program designed to get you the maximum benefits of personal training for of a fraction of the cost.
These 30 minute semi-private sessions incorporate training methodologies such as Tabata, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and plyometrics. The sessions are short and intense, but are also calibrated to every fitness level.
